Default basic question - 07-08-2004 , 03:56 PM

How do I get the title bar of the document (complete with open, close and
minimize buttons) to appear within Dreamweaver's document window? Right now
it's just at the very top of my screen, and the only thing in the document
window are rulers.

Are you already at maximum screen resolution?

Inside Dreamweaver -- the books I'm reading show a title bar on all documents
created within Dreamweaver. It's there at the top inside the document window.
Right now on my version though -- the title bar's at the top, like it would
appear in a browser. Hope that's clear!

I don't know if I'm at maximum screen resolution! Does that have to do with the choices on the drop-down menu on the lower right?

Can you take a screen shot and show me whats wrong because I couldn't be more
confused lol...
Press print screen and past the screen onto an image editing program and show
me what should be were it's not I should understand right away... just zip the
file and upload it i'll scan it for viruses don't try to pull anything.

When I look at my Dreamweaver window, I can see nestled in the upper
left-hand corner a Dreamweaver icon folllowed by (for example) "Macromedia
Dreamweaver MX 2004 - [Untitled Document (Site2004/index.asp)].

This is shown here - http://www.great-web-sights.com/images/px1.png

Is this not similar to what you see?

To change your screens resolution right click your desktop select "propertys"
and a new window will apear "Display Propertys" select the tab "Settings" see
if you can turn up your resolution there... it depends on your moniter. Lets
hope that fixes it.

Yikes! I'm new to this (obviously) so I'll try but not too confident! I use PSP 8 for image editor, not sure how to work it out but let me see... Appreciate the help!
