backup of my sites

i'm looking to reformat my HD soon and wanted to know if there's a
simple way to drag and drop the file(s) that house my ftp/server info
for each of my sites. i've searched the archive, but the articles are
expired.

Windows or Mac?

If the former, then get either of these -

http://mm-exporter.joexx.de

If the latter, then you can export your site definitions one-by-one from
DW's SiteManager.
