Default backing up Dreamweaver settings - 07-14-2003 , 04:47 AM

I'm using Dreamweaver MX (with Windows XP Professional OS). On a couple of occassions, my site files have been lost. Though they are fine in the C: drive, they cannot be found in Dreamweaver. How can I back this data up so that if it happens again I can simply reload that local and remote site information. (I'm able to backup my MS Outlook data, but have not found a way to do Macromedia.)
