Background Color Problems

This is very frustrating. I just completed my entire website and I'm "cleaning"
it up prior to upload. I went to the home page and viewed in browser. The
background is WHITE and not BLACK. I've checked everywhere - page properties,
properties and everywhere says black. What am I doing wrong?? Nothing says it's
white.

that is the biggest reason to use style sheets. only one place to track things like that down.

You need to let us look at the map in order to get you to your destination.

Show us the page, please.
