Default back ground image - 11-07-2005 , 01:14 AM

I am very new to this web pageing and Need a little help here. I am bulding a
page and I set the background to a image. Just a plain Jpg image and save it
and add some text to the page and save and tried to view it in IE. All I get is
the text on a plain wirte back ground. tried to save the image in diffrent
formats but still get the same thing.
All the code seem to be place just seem like it not being sent to the browser.
Can someone have any clue to why this is happing.

Is the image the background to a table? Is it in the <td> or <tr> tag?
It would certainly help if you posted a link to this problem page..
