auto resize pages for 800x600

I designed all my pages using 1000x800 resolution. when viewed on a machine set
to 800x600 they look bad. Does anyone know a script for automatically resizing
my pages depending on what resolution they are viewed on. for example resize
them to say 75% when viewed by a machine set to 800x600. Or am I creating more
problems?

*Definitely* creating more problems. The trick is to design fluid/liquid
