Just create a link to the file. When a user clicks it, the audio program
will open and play it. If you ONLY want WMP to play it, you'll need to make
it a .wma file (or related file). If you don't care which audio program
plays it, and want the most compatibility, you can make it an .mpg. You also
have other choices, including RealAudio, etc. It depends on the quality and
accessbility you want.
