I started off with Ultradev, using ASP, then switched to PHP when I got MX.
Having hand coded an entire shopping cart site in PHP with the help of a very
good book I'm very at ease with PHP now and would like to be the same with ASP,
but even though the sameb ook shows how to code up the site in ASP, I can't get
my head round it. Maybe it's because there isn't the project there anymore
as it's been completed in PHP already. Can anyone recommend any 'build a...'
book or online resource you found useful that would allow me to delve into ASP
again and learn to hand code it as freely as I do PHP now?
I agree with Darrel on the .NET horizons, if starting anew. However, having
come from Classic ASP myself, I can heartily recommend Beginning ASP 3.0
from Wrox, as well as Professional ASP 3.0 from Wrox.
