ASP.Net Question

I'm an ASP web developer trying to transition to ASP.Net now (C#) . . .

For testing, I've created a repeat region in ASP.Net that displays some
article titles. Now I want to create a link from those article titles to the
article itself. But I don't see a "Go to Detail Page" server behavior for
this. So how would I accomplish this with asp.net?
