Arabic Text

hi there
I am trying to design my web site in Arabic text in Dreamweaver 2004 but it
did not work.
When i type in arabic the letters goes joinless (seperate letters).

i need to know how to set dreamweaver to support arabic language,
also how to use css with arabic fonts.
and which Arabic fonts to use so the pages will be the same in pc and mac
platforms.

my system is OSX 10.4.3
