I have DreamWeaver MX 7.0.1. Should I have "Application Objects" under my insert menu? I noticed that the student version of DreamWeaver MX 6.0 has this but my install does not.

I believe it depends on the server model your site definition has set in it.
Check to see if you're set up to use a particular server model or it's
blank.
