Any other ways to access your custom commands?

Hi,

I've created a few custom commands and would like to have them anywhere on
the screen where they are just a click away. I'm limited on the keyboard and
work primarily with the mouse so key shortcuts won't help. Currently I have to
click the commands menu at the very top and then go down to the very bottom to
where they reside. I know that may sound like whine-ese but when you do it
hundreds of times it gets to be a hassle.

Ideally I could get them as objects on the Insert Bar. I know how to create
custom groups and dropdowns there but after searching four hours ("four" isn't
a typo ) I found nothing. Any help is appreciated.
