I am creating a site in Dreamweaver MX. I have used this application
a great deal and even add code manually if I need to. My problem is that

I have a simple html Web page that includes anchors throughout. There is
a list of items toward the top that link to anchors further down the
page. There are also links that move to a "top" anchor.

The anchors are working perfectly in Netscape. However, in Explorer,
the anchors only work if the user is moving from a "top" link in the

page to the "top" anchor.

I printed the code and see no distinction between any formatting of
the links and anchors. Could other code be interferring? The page is
|
very simple. I am not using layers. There is one logo image at the top
and the rest of the page consists of tables with text formatted in
cells. I do have a style sheet applied here for the links. But the style
sheet applies to the "top" links and anchor as well as the others. And,
Netscape is reading the code without difficulty.
"top" is a term that's reserved for something else in IE.
Just rename to something else, and it shoud be OK.
