ALT+SHIFT shortcut problem in DW CS3

The left ALT+SHIFT is a general shortcut of windows, to switch between
different installed languages. However, there is a problem when I type
in a document in DW CS3, according the following steps:

1. Let say I start typing using english.
2. Then I press left ALT+SHIFT to switch to a different language.
3. Then I start typing again, but nothing happens. No letters, no words,
nothing at all. Even the flashing cursor is missing...

I've noticed that between steps 2 and 3 the Document toolbar flickers
once. Then, if I press ALT twice, I can continue typing with the
switched language.

Please note that this behavior occurred just recently, after a clean
installation of windows and it doesn't affect any other application that
supports keyboard input (Notepad, Office suite, even PhotoShop etc).
