Alignment Problems: MAC and AOL -

:confused;
...I use Dreamweaver on my MAC laptop but once I launch the site I check both
AOL and IE on my MAC and on my PC desktop to make sure everything is consistent
on all pages.
Yesterday, I added a mail form through the webhost's control panel to my site
(the only option with the package I am using). This is the first of two forms
we will have. The form works fine, but now when I pull up the site in AOL on my
MAC laptop, I find that the text is not aligned (my test is done in layers, so
the layers are not aligned). It is only the case in AOL on my MAC; IE and both
IE and AOL on my PC are the same as they were. This misalignment is on pages
that had nothing to do with the form. I am wondering if there was a part of the
script for the mail form that may have interrupted the way the page aligns. Is
this possible? I called AOL, but I am not sure they know what they are talking
about. They had me dump a bunch of files that made no difference. I also played
with the page spacing, moving the layers to possibly make more room (with no
change). I am at a loss! |
