aligning text within table cell

Is there a way to allign a word to the left of a table and within the same cell allign another word to the right side of the table? Can this be accomplished within the SAME cell of the table? HTML answers do not help me at all....Thanks for your time..

IzB:

Yes - click in the cell. Insert a two column, 1 row table. Insert the left
content in the left cell, and the right content in the right cell. Right
align the right cell.

OR

Create a CSS style for right aligned text. Wrap the text in the cell that
you want right aligned with the style (either a <div> or a <span> will work
fine).

Thanks for the reply. Here's a couple more basic questions for you:
What is the best way to move the sides of tables around? Sometimes they resize like a charm and other times I have to wrestled them.
Is is possible to insert a table around information that is already there?

I don't. I never needed to. If I need to make a fixed width table wider, I
use the Property Inspector.

Only if you have made a wrapping snippet out of the opening <table><tr><td>
and the closing </td></tr></table>.
