Yes - click in the cell. Insert a two column, 1 row table. Insert the left
content in the left cell, and the right content in the right cell. Right
align the right cell.
OR
Create a CSS style for right aligned text. Wrap the text in the cell that
you want right aligned with the style (either a <div> or a <span> will work
fine).
