Adobe web site riddled with problems

I really have very high expectations of Adobe, but just about everything I try
on www.adobe.com seems to be broken! What is going on? Is it just a very, very
bad day at Adobe? UK phone line support goes nowhere, the email link is duff,
ditto customer services, trying to download a Dreamweaver CS4 trial gives you
Flash Pro, the search function on the forum reports an error with even the
simplest of enquiries... really, really poor for even the most ordinary of
companies, but for one specialising in web production tools????!???
