Administration Page - Add Newsletter Error

I have an administration area on my website where I can easily add, edit or
delete my company newsletter. However, for some reason when I click the add
button it takes me to 'The page cannot be displayed' HTTP 500 - Internal server
error.

Any ideas what might be causing my problem? I can e-mail you the HTML code if
you wish to take a look at it?

It could be many things. Very likely a problem with the program code. Disable
Show Friendly HTTP Error Messages in your browser (Advanved tab in IE) and that
should give you a better clue as to what is happening.
