adding graphics later

Is there an easy way of adding graphics to your site structure
folders?
I have a site setup with folders for html, graphics, etc.
If I want to add graphics easily (like GoLive) later, how? Besides
going into site structure and manually looking for your graphic and
then do a copy and paste.
