Yes... I think so. I can connect and retrieve data no problem in my local
machine, however when I try testing the asp page on the testing server I get
the error.

I have uploaded the database and all the accociated files. However I do not
have admin right on the testing server, could this be the problem?

My ISP has created a dns for me so I think that fixed my error.
