[Q]I want to make it perfectly clear that when a customer asks for support we give him or her support, regardless of whether the customer is nice to us or not.[/q] I will reserve comment. [q]That said, you have a couple of options here: 1. You can ask Adobe to help you get your spry menu and spry accordion working the way you want. They do owe you as much.[/q] One would think so, wouldn't one? Unfortunately, according to Adobe I must either return to Saudi Arabia or call Beijing in order to receive direct support for my Adobe products. Pretty amazing, isn't it? It is, however, the reason that I joined this forum. |

[q]If that help is not forthcoming on this forum, you can try posting on the spry forum.[/q] Depending on the overlap of participants this is probably a very good idea. When I first joined this forum, SPRY was not an issue, and I forgot that such an alternative was there. Thank you for the suggestion. [q]2. You can contact PVII directly with a request for a free license and we will make a decision. If you are given a free license and/or you do purchase a product, as well, then you would qualify for direct support, which can be obtained in a number of ways, but not on Adobe's forums.[/q] Is there some reason, why you cannot do this on my behalf? After all, you do appear to be this forum's P7 representative and are very familiar with what it is that I need. You have even proposed a model. |

I have a naturally acquired aversion toward bureaucracy acquired in a former British colony, mind you. I do know how to enter into contract and keep my promises, however. |
