Accessibility of embedded Flash video object

What are my options as far as making embedded video (using flv and Flash Video Kit) accessible? I'm not seeing where the object tag has an "alt" attribute. Are there param settings that could be made?

Video, itself, isn't inheritently accessible to everyone. So, if you are
using video for key content, provide a written description/script that
people can link to as well.

I'm not seeing where the object tag has an "alt" attribute.

It's not necessary because of the nature of the 'object' element. It
already offers the possibility to include alternative versions and other
content in nested objects. See the spec for examples and details.
