_vti_bin, _vti_cnf and _vti_adm, and _vti_aut ??? - 01-14-2004 , 08:47 AM

Would anyone be able to tell me what these folders are for and do I need
them? Also, they seem to keep trying to synch even though only one page on
the site may have changed. Strange..
