100% table length fault...... is this a bug?

Hi, I have set my table length to 100% width - however when a link is clicked
to this page a white space appears to the far right and bottom. when the page
is refreshed this dissapears, and everything is displayed correctly. My page
margins are set to "0" on everything. Please help regards, Mark

Have you checked whether this happens in only one browser or in many
different brwosers?
And it would be great if You could post a link to it, so we can see what
You are talking about.
