Select All, Copy & Paste!

Hi, I'm fairly new to Javascript and was wondering if someone can give
me a helper. I've created an html with 2 frames and I want one of the
html files, using javasciprt to select all (as in Ctrl-A) on the other
html file, copy it and then paste it into a new text document. I was
reading up on something about a plug in of some sorts??
