We are using a product that has come with some pre-installed pages
that build tables dynamically with JS. Trouble is that it puts the
table into a horrible scroll bar type page.

It's really hard to tell what's going on without seeing it function. I
don't know what you mean by "horrible scroll bar type page", since I
can't see anything but a snippet of code with no page elements.

Got a FULL test page with real data for us to play with? It needs to be
fully functional. I can't guess what kind of data you use, so I need to
see it.

Also note that this page seems to be IE only from what I can tell just
looking at it.
