We are using a product that has come with some pre-installed pages
that build tables dynamically with JS. Trouble is that it puts the
table into a horrible scroll bar type page.
Then stop using the product.

I want to do away with this and just have a nicely formatted table.
Then format the table yourself, on the server.

Trouble is I don't know which bit of the code i need to delete and
which to keep etc.
Delete it all, keep none of it.

All i want it to control the format of the %report% data that gets

If you think it was a "f#ckwit" answer, then you missed the answer
within it. The script you posted was utter junk and the best solution,
yes, is to *scrap* it and start over.

Look if I could "drop the prodcut" don't you think that I would.

This product is used extensively throughout the corp. and it just can't
be dropped.

I was hoping that someone would understand the code and be able to help
me strip out the basic code that I need to sort the problem.

Next time I need someone with a smart answer I'll mail you direct.
