My guess would be yes as well. You mentioned VB.NET Standard so I
tried installing that one. I got the CLR and JScript debuggers when I
included the VB Language component but not when I did a minimal
install.

Note: I was testing out the 2003 version. If you want, I can try out
VB.NET 2002 or one of the other .NET languages.
