Form Fields in Adobe Acrobat

Can someone give me the code to show or hide a field based on the status
of another field (in this case a checkbox). The actual application is
Adobe Acrobat.

Hi, I have the same problem as Steve ... again in Adobe Acrobat .....
any guidance appreciated.
