Hi, I've developed a page which will display a number of images and when the mouse moves over the image, some information about the image is displayed at the cursor position (so as the cursor moves, so does the info - it's in a DIV element). This generally works well. However, I have a problem when I'm using Firefox 2.0 where when I move the mouse, the DIV is shown, but as soon as I stop, the DIV disappears - it seems that an onMouseOut event is fired - I expected this to be fired only when I moved the mouse off the image. It works exactly as I'd expect when using IE6. Has anyone got any suggestions as to how I can achieve what I'm looking for - i.e. display some info when I move the mouse over the cursor, and have it disappear when I move the cursor off the image? Many thanks |
