Needed: Pull Down JavaScript Menu

Hi. I am a beginning Webmaster and need to have a Pull Down JavaScript
Menu, that will allow my visitors to choose from a list of Services in the
First column of a Pull Down Menu. (Pastors, Florist, Caterers etc.)

Then from what they choose in the 1st column, it generates a list of
business with phone numbers in a 2nd column in that Business.



I need something very easy, code I can just paste in as I AM NOT a
Programmer and am new to this.



Can you please help me. I am jusing just simple HTML in Dreamweaver.
