That would ^^ be Macromedia dhtml (throw away) code for image rollovers
and what not. A WYSIWYG editor like Dreamweaver would fabricate
something like that.

Thanks there was nothin on the page that needed it I quess they
stick in always or it had a element that needed it and it was taken
out
