scrollbars for the whole page only - 02-17-2008 , 10:34 AM

Please,
is it possible to design a htlm page with frames,

that the size and visibility of the frames stay constant
also when scaling down the window size.

Scrollbars should appear for the entire page to navigate to the areas.
