Well, my newsreader (Opera) does, then again it also recognizes soft &
hard newlines, even in quotes, so the display is not wrapped but just
maximizes the use of the window. One could easily be fooled into
thinking there was no line-wrapping unless you looked at the source.
TB does that too, but only sometimes. I can't discern the When and Why
of it.

It think it's got to do with the 'Content-Type: .... format=flowed' bit in
the header.
