Default META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" - 06-30-2004 , 03:32 PM

Is there a way to replace the URL value below, on the fly?

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh"
CONTENT="3;URL=http://www.some.org/some.html">

Yes, some sort of server-side processing. I assume you want a random
URL after each refresh. Support will vary depending on your web host.
Some solution (like ours) use server-side custom-tags, while others can use
