Table works in IE but not Opera or Firefox?

The table appears on every page on the site in the left navigation

Indeed it does, in IE, FF and Opera. I don't see a problem.

I wonder why I don't see it showing up in Opera or Firefox? I was able
to
clear the cache in Firefox but could not see how to do it in Opera. I
wonder if that's the problem?

I should have added that the table should appear on other pages as well.
Hit
the top right button, e.g. "Human Factors" - I don't see it on that page.
The odd thing is that I now see it on the home page but not on any of the
others in both Opera and Firefox. I may have a browser problem at my end.

Are you sure you're seeing it in IE on other pages? I'm not and it's not
in the source, so I don't see how you can be.
SSI problem?

Oh my, your reply alerted me to the problem and I fixed it. Sorry to bother
everyone with this.

I save old versions of the website whenever changes are made. Recently, I
went back to an old version to check on something. I ended up uploading the
old version rather than the new one. It never occurred to me to look at the
source. At any rate, I now have the correct version up and everything does
render in all browsers.
