Well since the content on that page is tabular data, it would be more
appropriate to use tables. But for the layout/design of the site
tables should not be used at all, rather CSS. Besides not using
tables for tabular data would be like not using paragraph tags on
chunks of text that are paragraphs. To put it another way if it quacks
and looks like a duck, it's a duck.
