How do I get valid stylesheet code from their output created, based on
my input and use it on my side in separate CSS file?
Like all so often I don't understand what you are rambling about (it's not
only the language barrier).
Sure, the valid parts of the submitted stylesheet(s) are not output in
plain text ('pre'), but in a nested list ('ul', 'li'). this however
doesn't inhibit the possibility to highlight the relevant text in most
browsers I know and paste it into a text editor. It doesn't have the most
common or useful source formatting (e.g. it has spaces on both sides of
the colon), but it is working just fine.

It represents another extreme master example about how people,
programmers, have managed to turn a very simple elementary user
interface thing into a very complicated and unusable thing.
I must admit, that the W3C CSS Validator has indeed a few usability
problems. It's open source by the way, contributions welcome. I don't
know, whether the appropriate mailing list www-validator-css (AT) w3 (DOT) org is
currentyl working---while I was subscribed, postings appeared every random
number of weeks or months all at once.

Do you want a magical code auto-corrector? That is not what a validator is
about.

Instead css validator made me extra work and I gave up.
Because when I copy the valid declarations text from below,
it puts a lot of bullets in my pasted text.
What strange combination of OS, browser and text editor are you using then?
I've seen list bullets from HTML copy-pasted into word processors (using
RTF or the like as intermediate format), but never text editors. It's just
one simple search and replace operation afterwards, though.
