this works fine with ie.5 and ie.6
but the table is not getting fit to the netscape window. I want this

Like some other browsers, Netscape 4.x has a default margin for body.
Unlike conforming browsers, Netscape 4.x _adds_ specified margins to the
default values instead of replacing them.
