Fortunately the answer to your question is no. I say fortunately because
you should be mindful of those who dislike or can't read the text on your
site without adjustment. The web is not a place for dictating how other
people should see your content, part of the power of the web is to
suggesting how to present it but ultimately leaving the choice of
presentation up to the viewer.
