If I test a site thoroughly in Firefox for Windows 3.0.5, can I safely

Change the font-size (not page zoom) in your browser. If your site can cope
with that (and it should be able to cope with maximum/minimum sizes without
falling apart, otherwise you're doing something wrong) then it can cope with
OS differences, because the primary rendering difference between Firefox on
Windows vs Mac is font rendering, however this same applies even to two
different Windows machines, one may have ClearType on, one may not, one may
have certain fonts installed, one may not etc.
