Well, in IE there are no problems. If I go forth and back between the
pages, then the header is in the exact same position.

In firefox, when I go from a page to another, then the header moves a
few pixels. This is not so good.

There are at least one hundred millions other pages out there on the web
that are centred just like yours and whose position changes by ten or so
pixels when a scroll bar appears.

So bloody what? Live with it.
