Are these all now widely supported (IE6, Firefox 1.5 or so, Opera and
Safari)? What still does not have wide support? I usually consider good
support to include the current and last version of a browser. I think
it's time to add these into the 'ol bag of tricks.
There used to a page of support levels for CSS properties, I can't
find anything like it now, is there such a beast out there? |
Firefox 1.5? Try Firefox 2.x...unlike IE which is coupled with the OS
most FF users can and do upgrade their browser. Not much reason to run 1.x

And, on a side note, how is SVG support coming along? |
IE and SVG (he, he he...) SVG is an XML app and we all know how well IE
handles XML! So no not natively. But a quick look at Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SVG
Scalable Vector Graphics - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
says there is a plugin for IE as of this year...don't know much about it.
