I have creating a web page at http://www.interface-web.co.uk/atyc/cssproblem.htm which is supposed to use a preferred stylesheet to style the page on the first visit and then allows the user to pick an alternative stylesheet. You can do this from "Style your page design" and it uses the alternative style script from alistapart.com Whilst the system works well once a user has picked a style, when the page first appears it is unstyled even though I think I've specified a preferred style sheet. My understanding is that the browser should show this by default?? Where am I going wrong? I'm sure it's something stupid I've missed! Thanks for any help. It works OK in Opera 9, and Firefox... damnit, it even works in MSIE! No |
