Newbie CSS Border Problem

(i'm new to this, so please be gentle)

i can't figure out why the contents of this container overlap the
border. to see what i mean, visit this site:

....and scroll down to the bottom. as you can see, the images (and
text) scroll barely on top of the css border (most visable on the
bottom left). can anyone help me with this? any help is greatly
appreciated.
