Need help with IE for Mac

I am creating a page that seems to work fine in most recent browsers
except Mac IE and Konqueror.

I'm not sure what percentage of people use Konqueror, but I'm pretty
sure it is important to be compatible with Mac IE. It seems to be
popular among Mac users.

Any CSS advice to make at least Mac IE compatible?
