looking for stylesheet to start from

Hi all,

I remember stumbling on a project that made common markup available
with a default CSS implementation.

In addition to an accessible table, ordered/unordered list, etc there
were also classes like warning,error, informational etc in the markup
present.

The goal of this project was that a developer could start with this
stylesheet and than hand it off to a CSS expert who would give the
warning class a some nice style for example.

Does anoyne know of such a project cause I can't seem to google it.
