Include a stylesheet in a stylesheet

I want Stylesheet A to include all the styles in Stylesheet B. How do
I do it (presuming it is possible)?

(Neither Google nor my O'Reilly CSS reference was helpful...)

Use @import at the top of Stylesheet A referring to Stylesheet B.
