How to place a text (block) exactly 210 pixel from the left border? - 01-21-2009 , 03:30 PM

I want to define a HTML WebPage with two panes/columns.
I want to avoid the usage of TABLES and FRAMES.

Is there any other way to place the text of the second column exactly 210 pixels
from the left border?
