I would like to add:

- How to reply privately to a newsgroup message according to Usenet
Etiquette (Netiquette Guidelines) [1]

- How to configure e-mail filters and to fight spam actively instead
of helping to destroy e-mail as a means of (private) communication
by using non-existent ("munged") e-mail addresses [2]
